VEGAS BABY

Wow! This was the most rushed trip ever! I wanted to throw a few non-wedding pics in so you can see that I actually went out on the town didn't just do wedding stuff.
( though it seemed that way) We did the usual like M&M world , Coke World , The Bellagio Fountains, shopping , shopping and more shopping. One thing new we did this time was visit the FAO Shweets shop. I got a bottomless coke for $3 and they let me try as many flavors as I wanted. My favorites were the carmel and chocolate Coke. I would suggest never ever trying Mango Coke. I made me want to gag!! Oh yeah , we played on the huge piano like on the movie "BIG".

TECHIE

So those of you who have lived with me , know that I 've always love the lastest and greatest technology. Recently I've gotten some new "stuff " that is pretty dang cool and makes my life a lot easier. Both of my cell phones broke so I purchased the lastest Samsung from t-mobile (see Pic). It is amazing , you can even IM on it.

I also had to give in and order a new digital camera for my job and school assignments. I was lucky enough that my lenses for my manual camera fit a canon rebel digital camera. That saved me $300 and allowed me to get a nicer model. I ordered it from PICTURELINE in SLC... it is times like this that I really miss living in the bigger cities where shopping is more convienient and I don't have to pay outragous shipping fees.

I can't not mention my favorite piece of technology ever, my Mac Book by Apple. And of course my Nano just fits right there with it
as the best inventions ever. I wanted the new Apple phone but it isn't available and will only be through CINGULAR ( like that works in Idaho very well). Oh well I can only be so spoiled!

I LOVE to see the Temple

I made it back from the wedding in one piece , hundreds of dollars poorer and with a greater apreciation for Temples.

Aubrie looked so pretty Saturday. The sealing
was amazing. It was my first Temple wedding, and I would NEVER
consider doing it any other way.

We ran around all day Saturday doing wedding stuff. We got lost several times. We had the luncheon at a Persian restuarant. The food was so fancy, but tasted like crap. They made us a special ice cream with rose water and pistachios. It was like you were eating a bouquet of roses. BLEAH!! So my advice is not to have Persian cusine for a Wedding dinner. IN and OUT would've tasted better!

no quiero hablar NO MAS!

This is just an idea of how I felt after our five hour marathon of Spanish homework last night!!! It was a bit intense! Somewhere between complete frustration and my head is crammed so full I'm going to explode.

CONGRATS!!!!

Congrats to Cody!! She will be getting married in the middle of August in sunny Hawaii. I hope to be there with my camera in hand to celebrate!

Congrats to Aubrie and Blake! They will be tying the knot in Vegas next weekend...... don't get all excited .... they are doing it the right way in the temple of course. Ericka and I will be jumping a plane on Friday to join in on the celebration. I couldn't miss out on a Vegas wedding!!

Hey congrats to me!!! I am the newest Photo Editor of the ISU newspaper, THE BENGAL. I'm sure this will lead me straight to the famous fashion magazines of NYC. RIGHT? It may not be that exciting to anyone else but I am way amped for the experience and prestige, of course. That tallies up the number of current jobs held to 3 , hopefully I can handle it all.
I enrolled in Spanish 301 this semester and there have already been class periods of utter confusion. My friends Ricky and Tyson Ward sit on each side of me in class. The teacher calls on them all the time. I just sit in my desk and silently pray that she doesn't call on me. We can't use english at all or we get docked points. It reminds me of the MTC when I would get really flustered and nervous to speak. I'll make it though, I have some good tutors.
So this is a picture I took on the way home from Aberdeen the other day. It made me laugh. It is such a little mexi house. I think its awsome they love bright colors and aren't afraid to use them.

The cowgirl way

Jon and Tiff had a New Years bash at their house on Saturday. I was commisioned to be the Photographer. With a date in tow ( ricky), we ventured out to the middle of nowhere (jon's shop) to see how the married folks party...... and party they CAN!! It was so fun to see married couples who are still young at heart. We even broke out the Bull!
